Ordering & Account

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your favorite items, choose your size, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping information and payment details to complete your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders more easily and saves your information for faster future purchases.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two convenient shipping options:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide with just a few exceptions in Asia and remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. For DHL/FedEx shipments, you can track in real-time. EMS tracking updates may be slightly less frequent but your package is on its way!
What if my package is delayed?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
