Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note:
- All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached
- We cannot accept returns on underwear (for hygiene reasons) or any items marked as final sale
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
- Package your return securely with the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package

Return Shipping
For your convenience, we offer two return shipping options:
- Standard Return: Ship with your preferred carrier (recommended for faster processing)
- Prepaid Label: We can email you a prepaid return label for a $8.95 fee (deducted from your refund)
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow:
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item(s)
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll contact you for payment of the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Note: Exchanges may take 2-3 weeks to process due to shipping times.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All underwear items
- Any items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
