Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
– Available for orders over $50 USD
– Includes basic tracking

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Comfa Wear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Important Exceptions:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All underwear items
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  3. Package your items securely with the RAN clearly visible
  4. Ship your return to:

Return Shipping Options

You have two choices for return shipping:

  • Standard Return: Use your preferred carrier (recommended for faster processing)
  • Prepaid Label: We can email you a prepaid return label for a $8.95 fee (deducted from your refund)

Note: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refund Timing:

  • Credit card payments: 5-10 business days for your bank to process
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange
  3. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll contact you for payment
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Note: Exchanges may take 2-3 weeks to process due to shipping times.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
